Perhaps they could look into a booking system to help manage the flow of customers a bit better? Overall, I left feeling pampered and satisfied. I had the most delightful experience at this beauty salon! The atmosphere was incredibly warm and inviting, making me feel right at home as soon as I stepped through the door. The staff were not only welcoming but also remarkably skilled. I had a set of gel nails done, and I must say, they turned out absolutely stunning! The technician took her time to ensure every nail was perfect and didn’t rush through any part of the process, which I really appreciated. What I particularly loved was how they offered a wide range of colours and designs to choose from. I ended up going for a beautiful ombre effect that I’ve received so many compliments on! The attention to detail was evident, and I could see the passion the team has for their craft. The only minor issue I faced was the wait time, as it was quite busy on the day I visited. A bit more organisation might help to streamline things, but I found it worth the wait given the high-quality service I received. The prices are also very reasonable for the level of service, which is a huge plus in my book. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a pampering session that leaves you feeling fabulous. I’ll definitely be returning for my next nail appointment, and I can’t wait to try out some of their other services! 10/10 would recommend!
